small office
Brief:
A pair of multi-disciplinary designers have started a business. After working nomadically for a year, they are renting a business premises. The lease is only for two years and the budget is not extravagent. If they move to a larger premises after the lease is up, they might like to take some elements with them. They need to have space in which to work and collaborate. The windows are north facing.
-Generous desk space for each of the partners
-Space for 1 or 2 freelancers each using a laptop
-Meeting room for up to four people, should provide both sound and visual privacy
-Unisex accessible WC
-Kitchenette- kettle, microwave, fridge, sink, toaster
-Waiting area for two people
